I wrote to you while back because we had a problem with Citi Financial of North Carolina. You guys help me a lot. My case still pending with the district attorney of that area.
The case was about that we paid the total amount of the mortgage and they're still sending bill that my account still open. This matter is still in progress but unfortunately last month, First National Mortgage merge with this company (us our bad luck with this people we're back with them again).
We started making our first payment on May first. We are requesting our payoff amount because we try to get rid of this people. We already had one bad experience and we do not want to have another one but, we star with the bad news.
They are sending payoff amount to 2 or 3 more people we do not know. They are charging us $15.00 dollars for each payoff amount they are sending out and charging to our account.
We just asked for one thought the automatic system which at any time of the message that not mention a charge for it. For us to know the amount verbally were more than enough but any way they send the fax but now in the statement.
They send out the bill to us for somebody else requested this information. We do not know why this people are releasing our information to somebody else with out our consent. They say is our responsibility to pay for the 3 faxes the cost is $45.00.
We are very disappointed with this people because how many times they release information with out a customer consent and bill them out with out their knowledge. It's not about the money that we have to pay. It's about the principle of consumer privacy that we feel angry with this people.
They told us this is and honest business what they are doing. We do not believe.in less than a month that they merge to our old mortgage company and they are releasing our information to people we do not hire to do so. Why they do not charge to the people who requested. This is unfair, is dishonest and is fraudulent business what this people are doing to us. May be it is not just us they are many or thousand
