David phillips did not pay me my last paycheck and has cheated me out of what he owes me. He doesn't even pay his electric bill. He has his yes men and women doing his dirty work for him. They include, mark, ginger, terry, jennifer and the rest who are such cowards and scammers they won't even answer phone calls.
