Contacted Baker & Daniels on the consulting agreement that my customer cut three years early. I closed the agreement using the customer that needed me to function 40 hours per week, to ensure that needed me to prevent carrying out work for additional customers. This recommended that my revenue originated from one customer, one-source.
Anyway, the customer ended the agreement since the new boss did not wish to satisfy it due to expenses. I contacted Baker & Daniels, which makes it clear the customer was my revenue and that I had no cash. I had been informed from the lawyer that people had an excellent situation and they'll use me.
3 months in to the situation and two times before depositions were to be achieved, my lawyer directed me a notice along with a statement stating I owe them $28,000 and they can't follow performing the depositions or even the situation till I provide my account present.
I met with my lawyer and told him we'd discussed my insufficient revenue and they stated they'd use me. He simply kept saying again and again again "We require cost entirely before we are able to continue". This can be a traditional situation of lure-and-change. Obviously, Baker & Daniels charged me for that $28,000, but we resolved for $20,000. They did not do shit! Our guidance to anybody trying to use Baker & Daniels, "Do Not!". Their insufficient integrity will certainly mess you ultimately.
