Total cleanse sent me a "free" sample ($5.95 for shipping) and I subsequently received a charge on my credit card for 78.74. I haven't even opened the bottle yet and plan to return it but haven't been contacted by their refund department yet. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge I had no idea you had to respond within 15 days or be charged the full price.
