Sales Reps, Apex will charge you back any account which leaves them and most leave very quickly. Don't be fooled! They will delay getting machines out
to customers, leaving you without the ability to get paid. Then, they will charge YOU back once the customer gets so mad they decide to leave. They will bill customers BEFORE machines arrive, they will lie about paying you.
They have a problem knowing the truth. There are many good processing companies out there. Don't be fooled and work for a company who lie's to thier customers daily.
I had 17 customers get billed when they had no machine. Apex said there was nothing they could do because the computer does it, but credits would be issued. They never were.
They hold customers money over ridiculously low credit limits, and could care less about holding the customer hostage financially.
