They charged my account after I cancelled with a "hidden fee."

I signed up for $1.98 on the phone after they called me from a form I filled out online. They made me write down information and repeat it back for confirmation. I would not be charged anything if I canceled within 7 days. I checked my bank account online today and found a charge for $3.72 dated AFTER the date I canceled—within 5 days actually. I called and they said it was a charge I agreed to when I accessed the website they sent to my email. There is no record of this, I did not agree, and I was ripped off!
