Help!
I have tried in vain for the last three month to get my loan modified through AHMSI. My loan was sold to AHMSI by Chase, thanks Chase. I filled out the appropriate modification letter (hardship letter) and was given a name/agent that does not return calls, or follow-up. The entire process has been a joke, my calls are transferred to India, then back to America. Is there anyone out there goverment/politicians/non profits / that can hold this company accountable. This company does not have email corresspondence, this is a sham.in light of what Corporate America has done to our Country and we Americans, we must resist this treatment.
