I have heard of ppl complaining about how this company sets out to scam individuals, but no one has ever explained how... I think i have, but this is not for certain... If u call from a land line... Check ur bill closely. If u call from a cell phone check ur bill closely. I am not familiar with how cellphone companies charge being that i just pay my bill. But after noticing a slight upcharge in my normal cellular bill i decided to scan my bill and lo and behold, an extra eleven bucks in charges from contacting fidelity trust! I am not positive but this may be their scam. No one else has given a valid explanation as to how, so im just offering an opinion. This may not be accurate, but its a try.
