This man must be stopped!!! He claims to be able to provide quick closings for funds you need he ripped me off of $90,500 once contracts were signed for $8 million loan. He got his 1% upfront fees then sent a fax that he would only be able to lend$1.9 million well in my book 1% of 1.9 million is ONLY $19,000 my attorney sent numerous letters demanding the overpayed fees be returned. (ha!!!) never hear from him again.
Do NoT i repeat do not ever send this man a dime he is a sleaze bag!!!
