Since I've settled down only a little, I'd prefer to reveal my tale. My partner responded the telephone towards the Obvious Wind people while I had been at the office. We were about the don't call registry. The guy about the telephone described he might reduce our fund costs and preserve us $4,000 within the next year or return our cash. My partner requested the person if he was a consultant from Chase Bank (who kept our charge card). The person said YES, I'm. He continued together with his message and again my partner questioned if he was an associate of Chase Bank and got a YES. My husband said ok. They currently had our creditcardnumber, our balance owed, anything. (is that this identitytheft?) I checked our consideration before proceeding home for lunchtime and observed a $995.00 cost to Obvious Wind—they'd charged us WITHIN MINUTES. I questioned my spouse about this and named the financial institution instantly and informed them to challenge the costs—these were no aid. I named Obvious Wind and requested them that which was happening. They don't recognize themselves, provide their names or something. They do not possess a site or email. They mumble the title of the organization when you question them who you are speaking with. They would like to be unknown. They explained they might deliver paperwork for trademark as well as their conditions and guidelines. I told them I needed my money-back which I'd pay-off the card before I needed their aid. We have to create to the leader, congressmen, Oprah, Dr. Phil, 48-hours, anybody who'll hear. I desire my hard-working man Americans TO PREVENT THESE FOLKS! It is fraud along with a fraud. Obviously, the folks they're damaging would be the lowest people that cannot afford to prosecute anybody—that we guess they'd simply clean up and move ahead without restitution anyhow. I PLEAD everybody, assist us finish this. I cried to get a week-over my tough-acquired cash being taken from me and that I don't need this to occur to other people
