Lowestloan waited until the day of closing to present us with a higher origination fee of $1414.00
This is a difference of $401.50. They told us to take it or leave it.
Before the closing we had to pay $504 in origination and appraisal fees and they told us on the day of closing that we would not be getting this back if we decided to back out of the loan now.
