We decided a 30-year fixed mortgage at 4.375%.
Closed the ultimate mortgage documents 6/2/09 with to stop by 6/5/09.
Received call from IGS processor 6/9/09 to say that our loan could not be funded at 4.375% and that the new rate would be 4.875%.
I said we were not involved and we would like our $995 back. She stated we'dnot get our money-back simply because they were not really eliminating the mortgage, just altering the conditions.
I requested that she have her supervisor contact me.
Since that time I'v been experienced contact using the National Association of Consumer Supporters, KFI talk-radio, master card, the notary, and also the evaluation organization associated with the mortgage.
