Chadwick James Ricker owes more than $11,000.00 to his children in back child support. He used to earn $64,000/year working for a phone company, but was fired for going into work drunk/hung-over.
He and his ex-wife had a legal separation in which she was receiving child support, then he filed for divorce and the support stopped for over a year. She tried to get a tempory order for support, but never succeeded. He did start paying once the divorce was final, but then it stopped when he was fired.
The time between the separation and divorce he did not pay, not did he see his children. It was his choice he told the court councelor.
He now has another job as a "sub-contractor" so his wages cannot be attatched.
