I created resort reservations on 1/16/09 for 1/16/10 using banked items through RCI. After I recently named the resort to reconfirm my times, I had been informed that RCI had planned me for 1/16/09 and there is no means the resort might alter for RCIs error. I called RCI and got nowhere. Furthermore, RCI terminated my account. I'm calling a lawyer to try and get my banked factors plus my move charge totalling over $500 back.
The sole additional period I counted my timeshare points with RCI, I acquired place in a rundown resort after I traded my details. I possess in a really elegant, pricey resort. RCI is just a rip off!
