Charged $40 Fee for $100 Credit Limit Increase

After one year with good payment record, failed to increase my credit limit. Instead ordered me to pay $40 in order to get $100 credit limit increase. That is out-rageous inspite of the high interest rates I am already paying them.

This not business in good faith!!!
