Smartappsportal seems like a legit company that sells downloads, but there are a couple of things wrong with them. There are a lot of good reports about this company, but I found out even good reports can be false.
When I got my website I noticed a typo. It was just one little typo, but even just one little typo can mean a lot. Then there was a lot of usacomplaints.com about the advertising that they wanted me to use.
They do get back to my emails, and even answer the phone, but they can still be a bunch of frauds. So I sent an email to get a refund before the dead line. They have a money-back guarantee policy but do not be deceived. They could not give me a straight answer as to when refunds are issued. I waited three weeks. Did not get a conformation email from the refund department, or anything.
So any ways I still have the website up and running. If anybody has this business, and really is making a profit from it please let know.
