I am writing a very brief report on Clairmount Finance Trust because the other report regarding this company is very thorough and explains in detail what this company does. They prey on people with impaired credit by telling you that you approved for a loan and requiring that you pay an upfront "collateral" fee. This is illegal and this company is a scam. They take your money with no intention of giving you the loan you requested. You will dealing with a Meagan Browm, who is clearly a liar. I am unsure if that really is her name. My response to the prior report is that you should file a complaint with the BBB of Deleware and with the Federal Trade Commission. Both of there complaint processes are very user friendly. I think filing with the FTC is particularly important as they can begin doing a criminal investigation. I want to see these people go down!!
