I noticed the Florida guys comments-if this is the same guy he's talking about, and it sure sounds like him I wouldn't trust this guy with my son's rattle. He talks a good game but you can pick up on the signs early on in the conversation that he has no real clue about what it is he's talking about-my wife is a developer and we were looking at properties in the Dominican Republic and somehow got his name-he's not only clueless but I don't trust anyone that pretends to know the business and bull shits his way thru it-please I've been building condos for over 30 years and know my stuff-he is a scammer that is probably looking to just pay the rent or has made a lot of money off people who don't know any better-I think we still have his email address and we should forward to the FBI-I am glad that we did NOT send this so called funding guy anY money as it would have proved WORTHLESS - DON'T GET SUCKERED FROM THIS BULL-SH*!!
