Ok eveyone like all of you I have already posted my complaint and was charged the SAME $78.93 you were WITHOUT authorization! So go to the BBB website I'm about to give and file your complaint. It does take about 20 minutes or so, but WILL make you feel SO much better. Just knowing they will be FLOODED with complaints from ALL of us has some saticfaction.
