1st Investments Inc own by Victor Rosales Jr has been misleading people and promissing them that he would provide a house within 90 days with only 3,000 dollars dowm. This is not true. They are just ripping people off including their employees. They don't pay the employees and write checks to them with no funds. They also look for investors and promises them to repay them with in 30days but don't do so, trust me I'm one of the investors. I invested 200,000 since November and have not recieved a cent yet. I also have clients that have put the 3,000 down because they had lost their house and Victor Rosales Jr promised them that he would get them a house and hasn't deliver. He just kept their money and uses it towards his personal empending.
He drives a new Mercedez Benz and dresses in Hugo Boss suits but yet he fails to pay his employess. Please, please if approached by Victor Rosales Jr or 1st Investments Inc, just walk away. They are just taking peoples money and its not even a Real Estate office. Be aware of this person. He is not loyal. People go in trusting him that he would do a lease option to buy but them he takes the clients money and spends it on his fancy car and fancy clothes. His program of Lease Option To Buy is not real. He is just keeping the money and does not deliver a home.
