I have had problems before regarding over drafts with this bank and had a bank employee tell me if I use my bank card and not write checks I would never have to worry about fees or being overdrawn they would simply denie my card. So this is what I've been doing and it's only my guess but I'd say many others WERE avoiding fees this way also, so the bank changed this policy and now never denie a card so now they can collect overdraft fees again. Thus ripping people off again! I didnt know until I got and over draft notice. I'm devistated because I'm on disability and have a limited income, in fact way under poverty level, This hurts badly and means I can't buy my mediciene this month. I hate this bank! I was given a name Gail Stachler who is a regional manager 9900 Ormsby rd Louisville 40223 I'M SENDING HER A LETTER TO LET HER KNOW WHAT i THINK OF HER BANK
