BBz International Finance - Germany

I sent them payment by Western Union. No reply after that.
They claim to have Swiss Banking account opening services.
No reply after I sent them the Transfer by Western Union.
Below is to whom I should forward the Western Union money transfer to in Germany in order to open the Swiss bank A/c as requested by them:
