Unsolicited fax - guaranteed insurance leads

As in other reports - received an unsolicited fax offering guaranteed insurance leads.

All they wanted was a copy of the check we were going to use for payment -allowing them to debit our checking account. They were instructed that they did not have authority to withdraw any future amounts from our checking account.

After a few days had past - no leads offered - a check was made on this site and found others in same situation. A fax was sent to CitiWide to cancel all services and send a refund. No refund was received - a fraud report was filed at our bank - they tried to reclaim the money but could not.
