I've had two main issues with Caspers McDonalds, 1st one being about fourteen days before after I visited the McDonalds on Bush Blvd in Tampa fla, I visited make use of the restrooms and was informed from the manger they were shut, JUST HOW CAN A SIGNIFICANT CAFE CLOSE ITS BATHROOMS AND STAY OPEN THIS MIGHT BE SEEMINGLY A VOLATION OF HEALTH AND SAFFTY WHILE YOU CAN'T VISIT THE BATHROOM OR WASH BOTH HANDS, I HAD BEEN NOT PROVIDED ANTOHER ANSWER AND LEFT TO GO ELSEWHERE. Nowadays May 19 I visited another CASPERS MCDONALDS IN VALRICO FLA, I experienced Drive-Through and requested After I got towards the screen I told them I've to pay for half Money and half on my bank card when I just had so much profit my Acct, they stated they couldent do this and so I request a manger as was informed by him it couldent be achieved, THIS CAN BE A MAIN CAFE I'd HAVE THOUGHT THAT THE SUPERVISOR COULD BE SMART ENOUGH, TO SEPARATE THE ORDER IN TWO AND TAKE TWO PAYMENTS BUT NO I HAD BEEN TURNED AWAY WITH OUT MY FOOD OR MCDONALDS GETTTING SOME OF MY CASH, I named Caspers and tryed to obtain Anyone To Return my calls after three or four Calls I told them I have to consult with somebody when I WAS REALLY DISPOINTED IN THE MANNER CASPERS OPERATES ITS RESTANURANTS AND ADDRESSES ITS HEALTH INSURANCE AND SAFFTY AND JUST HOW IT PEOPLE HANDLE THERE CLIENTS, I Had Been placed on the telephone using the VICE PRES. FRANK CONIGLIARO" spelling may be incorrect" Their Name is FRENDLY MARKETING MANAGER Their comment in my experience was "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO COMPLETE MAKR YOUR VEHICLE PAYMENT FOR YOU "... I cant believe the the vice president of caspers might say any such thing!!! He did offer me two lunchtime deals and that i stated at this time i dont want them and he said we're done with you and hungup!!! And so i named caspers headquarters back-up and told the individual answering the telephone ithink her name was carla and informed her i dident believe the smartass coment that her. V.P. OF CASPERS DESIGNED TO ME WAS CORRECT!!! She stated you dont need to keep in touch with me like this, I didnt state any point wrong, I DIDENT CUSS her all I had been saying was that her V.P. FRANK CONIGLIARO HAD PRODUCED SMART-ASS COMMENTS IN MY EXPERIENCE, I had been placed on store and Informed easily called back again to create issues I'd HAVE A TRACK PLACED ON MY PHONE AND THAT I COULD BE ARRESTED FOR HARRASEMENT... Could you beleave that mcdonalds v. P might say such issues, i believe they could keep there two meals they were going to give me for my problems at there restaurants, should you had also had issues with caspers mcdonalds please let others know like i'm doing because they make countless dollers from people like me and you, thanks eric
