CIC Credit Monitor Services Fraudulantly charged credit card bill ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I signed up to recieve a free cretit report and in turn recieved a $79.95 charge on my credit card bill. This is a violation of my rights, and I feel as a college student, that this fraudulant act should not go unpunished.

I do not have the extra money to be thrown around, and I want a full refund.
