My husband and I refinanced our loan - thankful to be done with these guys! (we never recieved payment coupons for our mortgage) and are expecting a $2000 check from them. We've spent HOURS on hold for "customer service".
I've even tried calling other parts of the company to see if I can get my foot in the door somewhere, and no one in the staff seems to know anything about anything, and we are fed up.
I will be contacting the BBB, and will be taking legal action. (anyone know a good lawyer for this kind of thing?) These guys are awful. They should stop putting all their money into a website and getting more mortgages, when they obviously can't take care of the loans they already have!
