Compass Bank Fraud / Compass Bank Complaint.
It is time for the people who have entrusted their money, lives and time to stand up against the draconian practices of this unscrupulous, fraudulent corporation. Compass bank points the way to stealing your hard earned money, and excels in propaganda and aggressive techniques that leave you and your family empty handed. Compass bank excels in fraud, and does not offer any recourse for honest, hard-working individuals. This is a complaint against Compass Bank and their fraudulent business practices. (Ok, enough key word generation for google..)
What has happened is that my account was hit with three NSF over-draft fees of $38, even when the funds were available.
There were three charges that totaled around $30, which brought the account down to $50. And then there was a deposit which brought the account to over $800. At no point did the account reach 'zero' or even go below zero.
Yet, three $38 NSF fee's later, and hours of attempted communication with Compass Bank employees (who are, by the way, schooled in the art of Not-Caring, Rudeness, And Sticking-It-To-You), my account is still down $114 because of their policy of not listening.
What is even more amusing is that, in speaking with the bank manager, the bank manager said that their online banking system cannot be trusted, that it is faulty and does not display the correct bank balance.
How precious is that?! They offer online banking that... Doesn't work? And then punish their customers for trusting their online system?
The mistake is in trusting Compass Bank.
I am a skilled accountant and know how to balance my checkbook. I have never had issues like this with any bank. This is solely a problem that involves the fraudulent business practices of Compass Bank.
What is most frustrating is that there is no way to fight this illegal and fraudulent banking practice.
I want to see a class action lawsuit brought to bear against these thieves.
Never bank with compass bank. Frauds. Thieves. Liars.
Take personal action, and record the fraudulent behaviors of these liars and thieves. Post it on YouTube, Post it in Blogs, get it out there and make sure that these frauds do not earn another dirty dime.
