As I look into the problems I have incurred with Form-A-Corp, I also discovered the owner, Kevin Rubel, has been this route before and hiding behind other coompanies too! Kevin Rubel stole my money when we had entered into an agreement for me to receive 200k in business lines of credit. After many phone calls and lies about my funds I noticed other victims of Kevin's and he used other companies to solicit consumers.
This appears to be intricate and many involved. Ie he has multiple offices in other states (according to his company websites).
Please beware and DO NOT make the same mistake I did and as other consumers have reported.
