When I found it hard to register a new password, I wanted to cancel the account—it was unmanageable. I have tried to cancel on the website but I get a message, wrong password. But that is the password AI use to open the site. I get email messages confirming receipt of my request but no follow through. I am fed up with its operations and want to warn others not to get involved.
