I called country wide a few days ago to find out where i stand on a loan modification, they said it's in review. Called again today and they are saying it's not in review. They said they have opted me a repayment plan and i declined they never did that. Why would i decline i want to save my home. They said they are going to check on my options again, they came back on the phone and said i am not qualified for no help. How could that be, when you just told me i decline a repayment plan. They also said they don't think i am qualified for a loan modification because i make too much money with a surplus of $200.00. Is this a freaking joke or what. They said i can go apply for financial assistance, well if i make too much money how can i be qualified for welfare. These people are a freaking joke, freaking liars and full of crap.
