Owner/principle partner (M. Guard) has misrepresented himself as a broker & financial advisor to a number of people. Through GIG (Guardian Investment) he has not supplied required financial statements for the LLC and has potentially falsified account records including K-1 IRS forms.
He mis-communicated to all investors via mail and email, alerted us 80% of our investment was lost in 1 month during which time he was already living in another country without our knowledge.
