I've been seeking for 4 weeks to obtain Lender of America / FIA Card Providers to stop delivering characters and claims seeking cost on two charge card balances. These balances have been in my boy's title. I've attempted to obtain them to prevent the nuisance for cost on these balances. They've been educated since December that my boy was sentenced to jail for ten years and wouldn't be making funds. Somehow they transformed his payment address to my handle (used to do not contact to create this change and neither did my boy). The usa Postoffice was the only real spot a big change of tackle was created therefore his email might come here. I actually donot understand how they got my handle. Nowadays, following a Fedx notice was sent to my tackle, I named again (4/23/09) to requested that my address be studied off their documents. A boss held me about the telephone for 5 minutes attempting to jeopardize what might occur easily or another person didn't create monetary preparations to pay for with this consideration. He continued using the guilt-trip that the guardian must undertake the economic obligation of the kid (in this instance a 45-year old person).
