Ameriloan telephoned me regarding an old loan made which I thought my bank paid. I made arrangements to pay back the money owed, I borrowed $300 but I have to pay back $600. Payments were made to begin on May 1 in the amount of $200 instead Ameriloan took out the $200 on April 17. I needed that money to pay for my medications (diabetic, antidepessants...) and food. I made telephone call to my bank card with they could not stop payment so I made numberous calls to the number listed on line of withdrawal. I was told that a representative would contact me at the end of the business day. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that the number was only an answering service. Prior to making this report I contacted them again for physical address which none was given to answering service. Again, a representative would contac me at the end of the business day.
Now what I was making an effort to pay back my obligation but tricked/deceived on what I believed to be a good thing. I already lost my house in foreclosure, my credit is bad due to the forclosure, my health is not good and I did not have a home. Please help me.
