This company claims to be a peer to peer lending website. Their actual lender is National Retail Fund. The only lending from peers are what they call Peruity Bucks for non-monetary purposes. I discovered this information after I applied. I currenly have a fico of 722, homeowner, never derogatory with my bills, have seasoned credit over 10 years, same job for 8 years, medical school student and only have three inquiries for last twelve months. I was denied for too many inquires, length of time accounts have been established.
I phoned this company prior to applying and obtained their qualication standards. They indicated that you must have at least a 660 credit score amongst other basic requirements. After being denied I requested this company to remove this inquiry from my credit report due to misleading practices and qualification standards. They obviously do not have money to lend if they cant approve someone with a homeowner with 722 fico score. None of the funding is done by peers, it's done by National Retail Fund. I will continue to fight to have this inquiry removed, because it lowered my score. After being denied I went to another REAL peer to peer website and was approved. Do not waste your time with pertuity direct!!!
