Verbil abuse, threatn to have me thrown in jail and just alot of scare and threatening tacktics

I've been acquiring many intimidating calls from the Bob Tucker stating easily do not pay him He's ging to possess me imprisoned and place in prison.
He's never because his first call delivered me anything within the email that I've requested for and that I believed b regulation he's to deliver something within 5 times of his origanial phone, will not deliver ma something.
He's just-out of controlyelling and yelling at me and that I can't go anymore.
I've economic issues, lossing my house and dropped my work and also to understand this Man calling me and shouting and scraming, threatening prison I simply cannot manage it.
Can Anybody PLEASE help me
