Coti Cook promised to incorporate my company and secure a $100,000 line of credit for me. My corp was supposed to be funded in 60 days, then after 60 days, it changed to 90days and then 120 days and as at 150 days (31st March) no funds. She does not return phone calls, messages or e-mails.
I recently discovered that she did not even incorporate my company not to talk of obtaining funding. For full disclosure, I only paid her $4800 out of a total $15,000 which she agreed to.
She has promised to refund the money, blaming her failure to obtain funding on the state of the finance market, but how can you obtain corporate funding without having a company incorporated?
I am taking legal action against this fraudster but want to let people know this entity is a fraudulent one and Coti Cook is a Crook.
