David Lingle will take your money and promise you day and night that his services are LEGAL & can be done! He makes promises about working with the best but then admits all the people in the business are shady. He also claims he's lost over 100k working with these "shady" friends of his (all in other states) to find out who works and who doesn't so you don't have to waste your money. ONLY THING HE FORGOT TO MENTION, is that HE'LL KEEP THAT MONEY! Then he will claim the "service provider" has it. LIES! I know well over 15 people he has scammed over 15K, all of which is in his Bank of America merchant account. This merchant account of his has just recently been shut down by Bank of America because of so many charge backs but they claim it is because of "technical difficulties."
Please do not trust this man or company!
