Promising to pay for the appraisals at closing, this liar, thief, requested Super Rush Service at the regular rate. We did the work fast and well, we sent an invoice and checked in thirty days and they promised the check would be mailed within the week, now it is close to a year later and when we called about the last promise,
Doris Carroll went off and starting screaming that we should stop harrassing her about these invoices totalling $775.00 because they were having money troubles. I want everyone to know NOT to ever get a mortgage through Doris A. Carroll or her daughter, Pam D. Carroll. There boss, A. Johnson is just as bad, he owes us $400.00. They just lie and lie and say they are Christian, so I know they will go to hell.
I dont want any other services to get ripped off by them, when we spoke with the homeowners, they told us they were promised a wonderful rate, but when it was time to close the fees tripled and the rate was at least 3% higher than quoted on the Truth and Lending form. Please dont use them and tell everyone you know!!!
