On Dec 17 a check for $2,500.00 was deposited to ZEN COMPANIES (Len Babbitt) RE: REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE MODIFICATION. However after many phone calls and excuses by the individuals, even emails. There has been no results to no avail not even the return of our refund after cancelling all transactions. I have emails to prove contact was conducted with excuses only in return.
To me an honest company would have mailed or refund your money when asked after cancellation. But nothing has happen. Mr. Len Babbitt is a fraud, never answering or calling voluntarily. When I placed his cell number on a search website, the name "Mohamed H. Warsame comes up as the associate to this number 6198633322.
