Exposed consideration on 2/27/09 Obtained inspections 4 business days later. 10 business days later I received bank card. Couldn't trigger bank card because of FLAG being not the same as what I initially joined after I popped consideration. I visited department on 3/17/09 to fix issue. Workers happened around for some moments after which ultimately passed the card back again to me and stated another FLAG could be shipped in my experience within two to three business days. Nowadays is 3/24/09 but still awaiting FLAG. I also unearthed that the FLAG was really not required in the department until 3-19-09, two times after I required the FLAG myself. I'm nearly 30 days from starting consideration but still not able to utilize it. They explained I really could deposit cash but that I'd have to get money from the teller before bank card scenario is fixed. I am only a little worried about performing that provided their archaic business methods. I talked to some customer support representative on 3/24/09 about the 1-800 point to try and solve the problem but she was no aid (Sharonda Ex 4509) I requested to talk to a boss. She'd not speak with me. I did so get her title, Izzy Ex: 4063. This banks business methods are from 1985. They ought to truly discover improvements in handling customer support problems in a far more timely manner.
Every other lender could be ready to repair the FLAG problem in a department. TCF department workers are like Keystone police bumping into one another and stumbling solutions simply because they haven't been educated correctly. The toughest element it's their "administrators" who behave this way. I cant imagine what sort of normal affiliate reacts. Avoid this lender!!!
