As with so many other ripped off consumers, I'ved been trying to get my 30 day cancelation refund & all I'm told is it takes 2/3 days to process I've called them 4 times & always talk to someone new who gives me the same old story. I've even kept track of the dates, times & the people I talked to. Sad thing about this is my Bank (Sovereign) payed them not once but 3 times even thou I disputed it. Now my bank wants 3 overlimit charges plus late fees. Funny thing about this my account only had $4.00 in it after shipping and handling, a bank that I HAD accounts in for 9years. NO MORE Sovereign! If there is a Lawyer out there that would represent all of us suckers PLEASE MAKE UR SELF KNOWN I' m sure everyone like to join in & see JUSTICE SERVED.
