I order a new CPN number from Paul Diengott, I was told that I would have it in no more than 31 days from the day I gave him a deposit of $900.00. The deposit was made on December 30.

I have not gotten a refund from this company. Paul Diengott has tried to put the blame on someone. Do not do business with this guy, he is a con-artist. Here is some of the crap he trys to give me about what happen.

Please contact John Ditmar right away and impress upon him the seriousness of this matter.

Thanks for the response. I am truly just looking for just a refund. I am wanting to close this out as soon as possible. This has definitely put a sour taste in my mouth about further doing business like this in the future. Please just a full refund of my $900.00 I gave you over 3 months ago.

Here goes what i received from you about refunds.

The Client understands that all monies paid o Rising Star for this service are 100% refundable in the event that Rising Star fails to perform the services as stipulated, within 60 days of engaging Rising Star for this service. Any any and all refunds will be handled in a timely manor, not to exceed thirty (30) days from the request of refund.

It has been more that 60 days and I do not want to wait for a few more months to receive my money back. I gave you my $900.00 dollars because you said that you had a service that you could provide. That has not happen and I should not have to wait more than 30 days for my refund. I understand that you lost out also but I entrusted you with my money and expect the receive my refund according to you agreement. Their is a lot of scammers out there and I thought that your company had everything in order. I could have given my money to plenty other companies claiming to have CPN numbers that are good. I will have to take further action if I can not get my refund in the 30 day.

I have not receive a response from Mr. Diengott, I know that I have been scammed and do not want anybody else to get taken by this guy.

Reviews & Ratings for Rising Star Financial Services

Funny how multiple reviewers for this supposed company have reveiwed only this and JJ Guru. I tried to stop by this "company" which is infact a small apartment building, but decided not to when instead of seeing one of the multiple office tower pictured on the "companies website, all I saw was some strange squirrely looking man who I believe is the "CEO". I decidied to do some research and it seems times are tough for the CEO of "the top rated Credit Repair Company", Paul Diengott, because he is also running a scam getting people to mail him 6 dollars and has his own Santa Claus webstie!
