This person has a fake bank website that looks very real. He is the fake CEO of Bangkok Bank and offers a huge loan to be put on a preloaded Master Card.
The problem starts with all the "bogus fees" that never end. The master card never gets sent and the whole thing just earns the scammer easy money for all his lies and promises that are imaginary.
The scammer has you send the fees via Western Union to Edo, Nigeria but if you research his bank it is in Malaysia, Thailand. He never replies to that question. This person starts sending very vulgar emails once he knows you are on to him. Beware!
