There are many key people who contributed to the meltdown of the mortgage industry and the effect it has had on our current economic crisis. One of those people is Sean Roberts. He was the man in charge at Instafi - a company that imploded several years ago after he made some strategic decisions that blew up in his face. Many borrowers and vendors were left holding the bag for his bad decisions. The CA Dept of Corporations (DOC) investigated and yanked his license to do business in CA. Like a bad penny, he just keeps turning up. Now he is at a company called Fivanta Funding, and it's only a matter of time before he resorts to the same bad faith business tactics he has incorporated in the past. If you decide to do business with this outfit, be very careful. Forewarned is forearmed.
