Erroneous billing and shoddy accounting

Going back two-3 years I've been looking to get Citicard (Sears Mastercard) to fix incorrect costs and careless sales on the charge card I'd together. I've delivered letters towards the leader of Citicard, I've submitted grievances using the OCC (however under analysis), all to no avail. Till last month after I told them I DECLINED to pay for another cent till they got my bill directly, I had been COMPELLED to pay for minimal cost on incorrect costs to safeguard my credit-which IS IDEAL. When requested to supply an accounting, they delivered a listing (equally in my experience and also the OCC) of funds and fund costs along with other unrecognizable exercise. No sales regarding how they created the total amount. They're smart, unapologetic and today are contacting me on my mobile phone to help bully. I reduced this credit card over this past year. I've NEVER had a late-payment on any mortgage or charge card. I'm being economically blackmailed - pushed to pay for or have my credit sacrificed. They're unintimidated from the OCC and handle it like a laugh. They've today elevated the rate of interest from 6.99 to 27% and billed me 39.00 to get a late charge - all since I told them I'd NOT spend another cent till they supplied evidence that it had been proper -that they can't do. I informed them by certified email AGAIN that I needed an sales of HOW they created the total amount they say I owe. I've more than 200 websites of info, correspondance, etc... I acquired a notice back from Stephen Neal within the Presidents Office at Citigroup declaring they wouldn't react to anymore characters that I deliver. Additionally they reduce me removed from having the ability to mail customer support in the Sears Mastercard website. Several funds I delivered originially weren't published properly - ie... I'd deliver a fee for $200.00 plus they might post $177.95 on my bill. That happened time and time again. They charged me 3 times to get a single-purchase. They later supported it out-but the fund costs are so all messed up due to the records that it's undiscernable. They contact me on my company mobile phone seven days per week, atleast 3-4 times each day. Quite often they simply hang-up on me. I've a scheduled appointment by having an attorney this week. Plus they speculate why they're heading under... Geez!
