It began in May when we received a call from Kevin King to collect money from past due customers. We gave them several invoices to see what they could do. The customers both paid within a few weeks and sent the checks to us. When the next customer we turned over to Bush & Kennedy sent their check to them, that's when we knew that we would never see the money. They collected $4100.00
We have called left messages, sent certified letters, faxed and still we cannot get in touch with Keven King. He would always call us at least twice a week, and now nothing.
The CFO - Pete Parrott told us on December 4th that the company was having financial difficulties but would get us a check by the 15th of that month. We have never seen this check.
We are calling the LA attorney general to see what can be done to collect this money.
