I answered an ad on Craigslist.org for a work from home accounting position paying $25 per hour. The individual (Sharon Nick) responded and asked that I create a Yahoo email and IM so that they could conduct an online IM interview. I did so and the interview was almost word for word what other complaints have published. At the conclusion of the interview, Sharon Nick asked me for my account information so that she could send me money to get my "mini" home office started. She told me to take $150 of the funds as my signing bonus and then send the rest of the money to Elizabeth Shreve in Smyrna TN. This is exactly what happened to another individual who reported on complaints.
Please avoid this scam at all costs! These individuals prey on those who are looking for work in these troubled economic times. It is very sad and I hope that this report will help you avoid a serious mistake in believing it. If anyone has an idea of how we can stop these scammers please let me know.
