I am a victim of this bait of satan company. I was in an arm in my mortgage and it was nearly impossible for me to refiance to get a fixed rate or lower my mortgage payments. I searched the website, and ran into this company OCEANVIEW. Unfortunatley I gave money (money that was given on my wedding day to help me & my husband on a mission trip) to this company to help negotiate a fixed rate and stop the foreclosure.
I was patient. I called my mortgage company and they stated there was nothing they could do at the moment. When I spoke to the loser handling my case he said he would get something done. Hmmm. I received a letter from my mortgage company saying they will be reducing mortgages by December due to the economy. EUREKA! I need a refund from this company (oceanview) since they were of no help and did not contact me throughout the year.
I made a phone call in November to get a full refund. What do you know, I have been given the run around since.
How could these people work for this company who has no INTEGRITY, no compassion for people. Why are they in business? Greed will get you no where. I am no Judge, but I believe there is a Judge at the end. I pray that this company will refund anyone they scammed, and will be shutdown for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
I have peace in my heart that the money will come back to me, and I will continue to pursue this for future victims. I still went on my mission trip and we had just enough money. Amen!
No matter what, we will still be blessed!!
