They telephone solicited me in the evening, with a guarantee that they would renegotiate my credit debt down to a guarnteed reduction of $3,000.00 or they would put the $895.00 for their fee on on a card. Their Quality person would not committ to supplying references. I now have gone to my credit card company and filed a dispute, I want the charges back off of the card. The company says there is not a cancellation provision, only a guarantee of performance. They still will not supply references. My credit card company says they will get the chatges removed.
