Unauthorized withdrawal of income

I requested a $1.99 item and was subquently billed $94.89 from my banking account without my agreement. I'd like my money returned to my bill. I've also read-many grievances from other individuals who are experiencing difficulty obtaining one to quit getting them-and haven't gotten a return. I truly wish that's false to get a these you've scammed.
